Apple's 13.3-inch MacBook Pro (Late 2012) model MD101LLA remains as Apple's last and only Mac available for sale with a built in Super Drive (CD/DVD Drive). It was latest updated on Oct. 23, 2012 when Apple introduced the first 13-inch MacBook Pro with Retina display. Equipped with a 2.5GHz Intel Core i5 microprocessor, 4GB of RAM, a 500GB traditional Hard Disk Drive, and HD Graphics 4000, this legacy MacBook Pro is underpowered by today's standards and was formally discontinued by Apple in 2016. Prior to being discontinued, shoppers could find this model for $999 or less. However, limited remaining supply has recently pushed prices back above the $1,000 mark.
