Hands-on Review | The new MacBook Pro 13-inch models feature quad-core, eighth-generation Intel Core i5 processors with Turbo Boost up to 1.7GHz for the standard configuration. It also ships with 8GB of 2133MHz LPDDR3 RAM and at least 128GB of SSD storage, as well as Intel Iris Plus 645 Graphics (Intel Iris Plus 655 Graphics are available in models with at least a 2.4GHz processor). The MacBook Pro can be upgraded to boast a 2.8GHz Core i7 processor, 16GB of RAM, and a maximum of 2TB of storage. Users can also select 512GB and 1TB SSD storage options. The 2019 13-inch MacBook Pro comes with a 227ppi, 2560-by-1600 Retina display which supports the P3 color gamut, as well as Apple's True Tone technology, capable of adjusting color temperature to ambient lighting. It also features a 720p FaceTime HD Camera, stereo speakers, three microphones, Bluetooth 5.0, and 802.11ac Wi-Fi. Ports include two Thunderbolt 3 / USB-C connections and a 3.5mm headphone jack for the 1.4GHz models and four Thunderbolt 3 / USB-C ports and a 3.5mm headphone jack in the 2.4GHz and faster configurations. This model also includes the new butterfly keyboard, which prevents double-typing and unresponsive keys. It comes in Silver or Space Gray, and includes a 61-watt USB-C power adapter and 6.5-foot USB-C cable.
