Apple packed immense power into its latest iPad Pro 11-inch, with an M1 chip capable of standing toe-to-toe with full-sized desktops, Apple Pencil support for intuitive handwriting and drawing input, and a slim design for ultimate portability. M1 iPad Pro 11-inch prices start at $799.
Though it lacks its bigger brother's Liquid Retina XDR display, the 11-inch iPad Pro does share an M1 chip with 8 CPU cores, 8 GPU cores and 16 Neural Engine cores for lightning fast computations, quick power-on and app startup, silky smooth graphics with ProMotion technology and more. Apple also upgraded the front-facing TrueDepth camera system with a 12-megapixel sensor that features a 122-degree field of view, heightening the experience during teleconference meetings or FaceTime chats with family and friends.
This year brings 5G connectivity on cellular models, Thunderbolt 3 integration, a maximum of 16GB of RAM, up to 2TB of flash storage and other internal upgrades. Last year's design is largely retained, with flat edges and rounded corners defining the thin slab of aluminum.
