Apple took the M1 success and improved on it for the 2022 iPad Pro 11-inch with M2. The revamped chip boasts performance up to 50% higher than last year's model. It has enough capability for 3D design work, intricate AR models, and console-quality graphics, making the M2 iPad Pro perfect for video editors, gamers, or performance seekers.
Apple continues to supply the iPad Pro 11-inch 4th Generation with the capable Liquid Retina display with True Tone colors, ProMotion 120Hz adaptive refresh rates, and 600 nits of brightness. The 12MP front camera is the same as last year's model with TrueDepth and Center Stage technology. However, the rear cameras now support HDR 4 and ProRes 4K video at 30 FPS.
The M2 iPad Pro 11-inch offers 5G cellular and now updated Wi-Fi 6E capabilities. New Pencil hover features join a handful of other minute differences, but overall it's inching closer to being a MacBook replacement.
